Thanks for your interest in commissioning artwork from me! If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to me. Feel free to explore my other platforms to view more examples of my work.By completing and submitting this form, you're applying for a commission. Before you proceed, please check the following guidelines:GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- Kindly remain patient as I progress with your commission.
- Please regularly check Trello for updates regarding the status of your commission.
- Make sure to provide clear reference when submitting a request.PROCESS (Does not apply to Skeb)
- TWO major revisions can be requested before the coloring phase. Once the coloring phase begins, only minor revisions are allowed.
- NO revisions will be accepted during the rendering phase. All details discussed before rendering are considered final.PAYMENT
- Payments are made upfront and through VGen (international).
- Payments are made through BCA (local).
- Please note that a 5% sales tax will be applied to make up for other fee losses.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Artwork may take 1 week to 6 weeks for completion depending on the complexity
- I will give updates if the completion exceeds the estimated timeframe.USE
- The commissioned work is PROHIBITED for reprinting or reselling for profit, used in cryptocurrency, NFTs, or for AI training
- As the artist, I retain ownership rights over the completed commission. The artwork will be used for self-promotion and as samples for future commissions. However, if the client prefers to keep their commission private, I will honor their request and maintain their privacy.REFUNDS
- I DO NOT accept refunds unless I fail to deliver the commissionCOMMUNICATION
- Sketch confirmations and updates will be done using the VGen chat system or Discord at @pengumaruu

Order Process
1. Fill out the form below and send me a message via Discord (@pengumaruu)2. I will let you know if you have secured a slot or if you will be placed on the waitlist.3. If you receive a slot, I will send you an invoice, and you can make the payment via PayPal or BCA.4. I will only start working on your commission once I receive your payment.5. My workflow will be in this order: sketch, base color, render, finishing.6. I will provide progress updates through Discord so please stay responsive! (does not apply to Skeb type).7. You can request major revisions only BEFORE the coloring phase. After the coloring phase, only minor revisions will be accepted.8. The final product will be delivered within 1-6 weeks or possibly longer, depending on your response time and the complexity of the design.9. The completed artwork will be sent to you via email.
